hey,
Yesterday I gained weight for the first time in 29 weeks
only half a lb but i've still been a bit sad about it. So i've decided to post this topic with pics of my progress so far, partly to remind myself how far i've come! The top row are the before pics and the bottom are more recent. I've been doing this since January and it's been a total lifestyle change and I love it!

Congrats and PLEASE don't obsess over 0.5lb - that and much more can easily be accounted for by water, waste or food in your system!0

Don't know if it works or not...but have seen others post on here that you need to take the IMG at the front and back of your image link and make them lower case....img and supposedly that fixes it.0

If the pic, is anything like your profile pic, you look great. 70 pounds-Wow! That is like losing a 10 year old, lol. Don't worry about 1/2 pound, it could be water retention. Focus on what you have done so far!0
