Ok, so I started this journey April 13, 2017. I was always fit in my teens but after two babies and lots of depression I gained a lot of weight. (emotional eater here) I've lost weight in the past but never kept it off. I always gained it back and more. I talked to a nutritionist and the one thing she said that had the light bulb going off in my head and made me believe I could actually succeed this time was "you aren't on a diet; you can eat whatever you want but when you get to 1500 calories you are done for the day"...basically I'm forced to make healthier decisions so I don't end up hungry all day. I make better decisions and I feel really good.
So far I've lost 77.6 pounds. I'm working toward 100 lbs. I'm 44 years old. I recently started walking and am finding it harder to keep to my 1500 calories a day. Any advice anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated!

You obviously been killing it so keep up the good work! If you find yourself getting hungry I’d make sure you are getting lots of lean protein and veggies in. You can get a lot of food for 1500 cals if they are the right ones. If you like fish it is a great dinner that can be really low in calories saving room for other things (for me it’s halo top2

Hello there! Well done on your weight loss!! I started 2 days ago and have around 60lbs to lose. I have always struggled with weight. Been to target and then put it all back on with interest! I have 1450 calories and find filling up on vegetables and lean meat helps as they are low in calories. Also if you do exercise even a walk you can use more calories. So you can have that little extra. When I have a hunger craving I drink warm green tea and that usually helps me especially in the evening after supper! Please feel free to add me! I need encouraging too!2
