I tipped the scales at 307 pounds 3 years ago. As of November 10th 2017 I reached my very first goal weight I set for myself...180 lbs. Well I made it and then some. I'm down to 179 right now and still going. Thanks to the Myfitnesspal App and my dedication in the gym. Now on to crushing the next goals...

amazing! Similar stats and timeline! I started 3.5 years ago at 340 and am at 180 now! Great job on your perseverance and hard work!0
