Hey all! Quick question. I have been weight training for 2-3 years and I am wondering if I am experiencing inflammation at night while sleeping or having a larger issue due to incorrectly lifting or even possibly skeletal issues due to added weight gain. I went from an ectomorph build of 150 to 182. I don’t really remember back pain before weight training and i really focus on proper form not to hurt myself. Curious if anyone else is suffering night back pain when weight training and if any of these could be the cause??

I’m sure there are a million possibilities for that kind of pain just curious if this was common with weight training0
