I ran for 30 mins, 2.5 miles today for the first time.
3.5 months ago I was 2st heavier and out of breath after running 30 secs so I so pleased I could cry

Amazing! That was me a few months ago and later tonight I'm heading out for a 5 mile run. You never know where your running will take you next once you take that first step! (I'm super slow, those 5 miles will take me at least an hour.)
