I am back on the Zone diet because it worked for me along time ago. I lost over 55 pounds and kept it off for many many many years. But now that I am back on it today my logged foods for the day said I had not eaten enough food. What am I doing wrong... grrr

Your over complicating what is truly a simple concept. No idea what this diet is but it doesn't matter. just eat less food and move more. eat what mfp calculated for you3

Yes. I started at 250 pounds. quite over wieght. Counted calories down to 160 in under a year's time. And have now lean bulked to 177 and follow progressive overload concepts.. I won't sit here and say it's easy, it's consumed and changed my life but in good way..mostly. but the method is science and thermodynamics.0

If you mean that you logged your food into MFP and it says you're below your calorie goal, then you're simply not eating enough food. If you're certain you've accurately weighed/measured everything then just figure out a snack that fits your plan and eat that. There's nothing wrong with under eating one day. I'm saving several hundred calories from today for a birthday weekend coming up. But if it's a regular thing, then consider adding more calorie dense foods into your diet.1
