Any great healthy smoothies ?

    I make a pretty simple one occasionally. It has:
    100 grams of frozen pineapple
    100 grams frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup (I can't remember the exact grams) of plain Greek yogurt
    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1tbsp ground flaxseed (that's totally a personal preference, you can't taste it at all, it just gives me some extra fiber)
    A handful of spinach (you can barley taste it, if you can taste it at all!)
    A couple of ice cubes
    I blend all this in my vitamix and it's tasty and simple. If it gets too thick I add a tiny bit of water to help it blend.

    You can make a smoothie with really anything you have on hand. I always use Greek yogurt, almond milk, and flaxseed in mine but I do switch up the fruit depending on what I have on hand. I don't always add spinach either (I do about 6/10 times).

    Another good one is peanut butter, 1/2 frozen banana, oats, and almond milk blended together. It tastes like a peanut butter banana shake! Sometimes I add a scoop of chocolate protein powder to give it that yummy chocolate flavor
