I am Amanda. I am currently at 184 (5'7) and I am looking to get to about 155 and or a size 6. Any tips? I am currently eating about 900 calories a day. Once a week I will eat about 1,500. I work out for thirty minutes on the treadmill each day, with 15 min of cycling after and then some strength training. I am looking to find some support and friends on here. Also, is getting premium worth it, what are the advantages? :D.

    Eat more - like eat about 1500-1700 (1700 on the exercise days.) I was 182 and lost down to 140 at that number.

    Also, I'm 5'7" 140 and in size 10. Sometimes 8, but mostly 10 - and have no hips. :lol:

    It's not recommended to ever eat less than 1500 calories per day. Just make them count. You can do it.

    As mentioned above you would be better keeping your kcals above BMR so not to disturb metabolic function. So reduce regular kcal intake by around 500 and try get various types of exercise in each day. You will notice it coming off no problem :)
