I'm going on a girls day out Saturday that starts with boating and ends with a Journey concert. Probably a fair amt of alcohol involved. I don't want to blow all my calories on drinks and gain back what I lost so I need to know some good low calorie beverages to take with me!

Clear liquor and sugar free mixers, like light lemonade or diet Sprite. :)

Vodka. Just keep in mind if you mix it with juice, even cranberry, you are get lots of calories. Diet Soda or Tonic water are always good. I usually drink mine with Soda water and lemon. Occasionally a cherry or two instead :)

vodka with crystal lite type mixer. Take your own bottle of water and the little single serving packet. Order vodka with space to add your own mixer. Raspberry lemonade is good!

Cherry or watermelon vodka with Diet Mountain Dew.
  • I like the Firefly sweet tea Vodkas, you mix them with water. They have sweet tea, rasberry and peach flavor. It honestly tastes just like iced tea but when you stand up you know you've been drinking Vodka.

For beer I like Michelob Ultra...95 calories per bottle. Quite a few less than most light beers but not as watered down as Bud Select 55.

Vodka with mixer is also good and pretty light on the calories.
