Losing Weight to Become a Mom

I need to lose at least 20, but at most I want to lose 135 pounds, to start going through treatment to help me get pregnant with my first child. I have the first appointment to discuss what my options are and start testing on the 15th of this month and we won't be able to start until my BMI is below 45. At 20 pounds down I'll be at 44.1.
I'd love to make some friends on here to keep me active and true to myself and focused on my end goal.

If your goal is just to “qualify” for the fertility treatment then that 20 lbs should be pretty easy.
If your goal is conception, a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby, then I strongly recommend taking the time to lose the extra 135 pounds before conceiving. It may take longer, but the results are SO worth it, for you AND your little one!
Good luck! (And feel free to friend me...)2 -
