Do you record Vitamins/Medications

I take glucosamine chondrotin daily and never even thought about it until I just took one a few minutes ago and looked at the bottle...... each table has 15 calories! I guess I need to record those calories daily too.....

How many of you record calories from vitamins, supplements or medications..... or have even thought about it? :embarassed:

    Yes, for my multivitamin and my fish oil since it has calories and fat. HTH.

    Just recently started logging my multi-vitamin... I like it because it reminds me to take it :o)

    I only log them if it has calories or other nutritional value that I'm tracking, like carbs or fiber. For example, I log my probiotics as that's 15 calories a day, etc. Figured that if I'm tracking calories, I should be tracking every little bit!
