Hey I'm back again after another failed journey this times different , I need to loose weight then maintain I'm getting gastric surgery early next year.. for medical reasons . Please don't judge. If there's any one who has been and done this a buddy would be great I need general support and just people in a similar boat , I know it's hard doing it without any one so thoughtful come back xxx
