Whats your "go-to" healthy dinner recipe?

Looking for some new ideas for dinner. We seem to have the same menu each week and I really want to try some new recipes!!

    Grilled Kabobs! My favorite is smoked turkey sausage with *fresh* mushrooms, yellow squash, potatoes, red onion, & cherry tomatoes. You can use a variety of lean meats, seafood, & veggies. I just change up the seasonings & it's really filling. I like to drizzle a little honey on mine just when they're ready to take off grill. YUMMY :)

    Grilled chicken cut up over a huge salad. Good lettuce, chopped up cukes, tomatoes, carrots, celery, whatever, plus a little handful of fat-free feta cheese and a half-ounce of pinyon nuts. Topped with your dressing of choice.
