there is a kit kat calling my name from the vending machine at work......and writing this topic is stopping me from getting up and getting it!

Anyone else have a serious craving right now? Or thinking about putting off a workout, let's support one another guys!

    I have a sleep craving right now....I feel like a heroin addict after running 7 miles. LOL.

    Yes, chocolate chip cookies that I made. Gave in. BOOOO! I blame it on the hot weather. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! LOL

    As it's only 10am here, I'm not having any bad cravings. But sometimes I do. I dunno. Most times, I just don't allow myself to give in. It's gotten easier to live with the craving. I know I want it. My inner child, so to speak, really wants it. But I have to be the grown up and say no. What helps me are my planned cheat days. I know it's coming. I can look forward to it. I tell myself to just hold on until then. Then I can eat what I want without guilt for a day. This may not work for everyone, but it really works for me.

    Just driven past the place where I get chocolate raisons and peanuts and so happy I did not cave in to the temptation.Wipe your name off that Kitkat if it comes calling again.. ;-)
