I'm 5' 11" and started at 235 on the last day of Feb. this year. Started on 1650 calories a day with walking as exercise. Last month dropped to 1500 calories a day with exercise walking. I am now at 177 lbs. I walked an average of 2 miles a day. Good luck to you.3

I'm 5'10" (almost 5'11" on a good posture day) and started at 237 lbs. I got down to 178 but had some struggles this year and am currently at 194 lbs. working on getting back on track. I'd like to get to around 165 lbs and see how I feel and look before deciding if I want to lose more.
This is a before and current comparison of my face from a few months ago.
