I have been on MFP a couple of years and would like to have this finally nailed down!
I have a bad habit of doubting myself and operate from a place of self-sabotage. I am working on changing that way of thinking. As of now, I am seeing if I can stick to my daily goals food-wise and take a lunch time walk at work for about1.5 miles. Spin classes used to be my thing but I had to slow down a bit.
Anyone who is interested in being friends/accountability partners and post tips, workouts, new foods; please don't hesitate to contact me and help each other
