Why does your back and lower body rate a separate thread?

You have too high body fat for me to say you look lean. And a mile away from skinny which is a look I'm not a fan of.
You don't have much muscle definition so not muscular. I vote average too out of the options.

You are close to skinny in my opinion but also looks like you have belly fat. Not muscular.

Honestly, to say that you have been exercising for a year or so your tummy still doesn’t look lean. Saying that, if you were 200 pound a year ago then you look great now , but if you were similar weight and built a year ago then you are doing something wrong . I would lift more, and heavy that should lower your body fat and make you leaner. But as it stands you look like an average guy with good genes who enjoys junk food every so often x

And your current stats are fine I would maintain your current weight, clean up your diet and lift more

I think you misunderstood what she meant.

Your previous stats, when compared to current, give an idea of where you are / how well you're doing

For example, if you were 250 when you started, and are now 160, then you've done fantastic with your weight loss.

If you were 155 a year ago, and have been bulking to 160, then you haven't done well, and need to take a good look at your diet and training

Without historic information, i can only comment on your pics without knowing where you came from, what your goals are. So, that being said - you dont carry much muscle mass, and arent lean either. If i were you, id eat more and lift heavy things

Post up some info about your history, diet, training, future goals, and you may get way more valuable input

Thanks for your reply, I have been avoiding abs workout...and you are right...I do eat junk food to gain extra calories easily...I was very skinny 1 year ago.
