Weight loss after baby!

May 2017: baby was born and my weight was 220 lbs

December 2017: Current weight 169 lbs

Goal weight: 147 lbs

I'm starting to hit the gym this week hardcore. Most of my weight has been lost by strength training with 8lb dumbbells. Any tips are welcome!

We can share workout and nutrition goals on a week to week basis. Looking to give/get support

    Goal Weight: 130-140 lbs

    It's mostly just eating less and better for me foods vs working out as of yet. Figured I'd start in one spot and build the healthy habits and add in more as I go since I've done the all or nothing stuff and failed. So going slow this time.
    I walk almost daily (at least try too, but if I don't make it I do the stairs a few extra times at home) And since little babe is crawling around now I end up chasing her about so if I don't make it out I don't beat myself up about it.
