First I should say that I love using my kettlebell for weight training! It's a fantastic workout. I bought the Kettle Worx DVD's to guide me through the workouts, and although I sweat and feel good, I can't help but feeling guilty that the workout is only 20 minutes long. How long do you usually do weights/kettlebells for? I'd love to hear some opinions on this! :-)

Kettles work. I'm proof. You don't necessarily need an hour of kettles because of the WAY it works your body. I recommend you listen to your body. If you are seeing the results and getting the burn you desire then stick at 20. Because I had much to lose, I would do one w/out in the morning. Then one at night. But now I've incorporated other weight training and walking/running. Listen to YOUR body! Be well0

20mins with 1 min skipping between each exercise, gives me one hell of a fantastic burn, i know 20mins is enough0

I do Jillian Michaels Shred It. It's a 25 minutes workout. It has two levels. I like it a lot.0

I started kettlebell's this week. I love it! I like that you use your whole body. I'm using the Art of Strength DVD. If you can do more, I'd do another 10 or 20. That's what I did. Feel free to friend me.0

...I like the idea of doing two in one day, spread apart. I'm just so used to workouts that are at least an hour that when I got the 20-minute DVD's I felt like I was cheating lol0 -
I hear what you are saying. JMs Shred it with weights is only 25 minutes which seems like nothing compared to my 1-1.5 hr workouts. I think if that was my only workout, I would feel like I had to do more. I have incorporated kettlebell exercises into my strength training routine at the gym, so I am getting a little more that way. Between the exercises in my circuit, I swing a 15 lb KB 20 times, or insert one of JMs moves along the way. I love the kettles!0
