Started back on my weight loss journey on October the 22nd. So far I’ve lost 21 pounds with a low calorie diet. I’m excited about the changes I’m seeing, but I know that I still have a long way to go. Searching for people that will help keep me on track, share their story with me, and give me some exercise advise. Because Lord knows I need all the help I can get! Looking forward to becoming friends.
