I've started a secret facebook group, So we can keep updating and having all our updates in One place. MFP doesnt seem to have a very conducive 'grouping' option, so we decided to start a group 
Anyone who has similar thoughts is free to join. I think we're going to close the group at 50, so we can communicate effectively to everyone.
Please Mention on this thread if youre interested and ill get in touch with you! ill add you to the group and you can be a part of this journey with us!

- great place to have all your updates and to see everyone else's progress
- Monday weight ins with the announcement of who is most successful in losing weight for the week! (healthy competition is great
- MiniChallenges to keep pushing us forward.
- Great way to share any concerns and communicate with other people like you very directly

The fb group is actually a great idea! I have a fb group that includes friends from high school and we came over to mfp as a group as well! You're going to love the way you can communicate as a group that way:-)0
