Secret Facebook weight loss group :)

I've started a secret facebook group, So we can keep updating and having all our updates in One place. MFP doesnt seem to have a very conducive 'grouping' option, so we decided to start a group :) Anyone who has similar thoughts is free to join. I think we're going to close the group at 50, so we can communicate effectively to everyone.

Great advantage of the group--
- great place to have all your updates and to see everyone else's progress
- Monday weight ins with the announcement of who is most successful in losing weight for the week! (healthy competition is great :)
