Happy hours, hard days at work, and being in my early twenties doesn't helping my weight lost. . . With that said post your favorite drink and how many calories you "guesstimate" it has. Or, make suggestions of figure friendly "adult" beverages :)

Favorite Drink: White or Red Sangria
My guesstimate: 250 calories a glass. . . . .but it never stops at just one glass, haha

I can not just drink one drink and be satisfied so I am choosing not to drink at this point in my life. :) However if I did it would be a jumbo peach margarita! 700calories!

Google for adult beverage calories, it might just convince to give up drinking, even for just a little while.

My favorite one is a shot of vodka mixed with frozen smooshed up fruit and crystal light. Its like 70 cal for the vodka and 5 for everything else. Raspberry is yummy!

the link above should help out with some low calorie choices, as for my favorite drink i'll have to go with Light beer, specially now with the creazy heat waves hitting the south.

English ales. Almost all of them are good.

Any where from 170 to 185 calories per pint.

In that case, I'll have a bottle of Grey Goose and a shot glass.
