Please wish me luck everybody!

I am trying dieting and exercising again for probably the 1 MILLIONTH time lol. I have some things in my life that should help motivate me such as my 7 year old son who really looks up to me... But just incase, I know I can never have enough motivation!!! :)

    How about stop trying, stop doing the same over and over, stop looking for motivation? Losing weight is simple, just eat less (fewer calories than you burn). Exercise is for strength and good health, not primarily for weight loss. Set up MFP to lose 1% of your body weight per week, eat the amount of calories it tells you. That's simple, right? Now to why it isn't easy: You have to do it for real and forever. But if you do that, you will succeed. Luck is not part of this.

    hang in there, I am like you 100s of diets, many miles of exercise, finally found a plan that works. HANG IN THERE!!! BE TOUGH!!!
