what foods should i eat?

Hello,can someone please tell me what sort of foods i should be eating and how many times a day i should be eating?

    Eat whole foods, and limit processed foods.

    Steak, Turkey, Chicken, Fish
    Whole Eggs
    Fruits and Veggies
    Bacon (it's in it's own food group IMO)
    Complex Carbs such as Whole Wheat Pasta, Brown Rice, Green leafy veggies, Sweet Potatoes, Oats
    Olive Oil
    Avocados
    Fish Oil
    Flaxseed (ground, milled, or oil)
    Almonds and/or other nuts
    Chocolate Milk (own food group!!)
    Other dairy like cheeses, regular whole milk, etc
    The list goes on.

    Also you can eat 3 times a day. You don't have to eat 5-6 meals a day every 2-3 hours. It's up to you.
