I’ve hit a plateau

I started out at 206 and have worked my way down to the low 180’s. For the last few weeks I’ve been yo-yoing between 183 and 180.
I’ve been trying to get to the gym, but my sleep schedule is messed up and when I’m not sleeping I’m working , but when I’m not working, I’m too tired to leave the house.
I’ve dropped from 1,200 calories a day to 1,000.
My goal is 160. I need help.

If you are yo-yoing then unfortunately thats not a plateau, there is no change in weight for up to 6 weeks when a plateau has occurred.

Going from 1200 to 1000 isn't going to help unless you were incorrectly counting. You shouldn't eat less than 1200. You are within 20 pounds, you'll probably lose .5 pounds/week which can take weeks to show on a scale due to water weight. Keep at it.

Focus on food intake for now, and forget exercise until you have sleep in place.

Eat the number of calories MFP gave you, but do it consistently and for real. You will lose weight if you use the tools right.

I wouldn't define a 3 lb range as yo-yoing. My weight can easily vary up to 3-5 lbs in a single day. I agree with tyrindor, be patient.
