First major cut cycle ever

Sooo I’ve definitely gained strength and muscle mass in 2017, and now my goal is to start cutting and showcase it more. Any tips, motivation or fun recipes to do while cutting would be appreciated!!

    My advice would be to keep protein at at least 0.8-1g per lb bodyweight when cutting after muscle building. You can either eat the same things you were eating before.. just less or change to a few lower cal higher protein meals. I meal prep my proteins and freeze them (chicken breast, meatballs, burgers etc) to make things easy to grab and go. I also use volume to bulk up my food.. lots of veggies, salad, eggwhites etc.
