My goal is 1220 right now, and I eat around 75-100% of my exercise calories back. My goal is so slow because my activity level ranges from sedentary to very active depending on the day - I manage a doctors office.0

For those of you who are eating the 1200 cals a day are you eating that with no exercise. Currently I am eating 1600 but wanted to ramp it up a bit but I do exercise and I burn anywhere between 200 - 250 a day. Just wondering and also feel free to add me. My diary is private but I'm in the process of making it available to friends. Thanks!!0
