Hi there folks, new here and wanted to say HI, im a guy that was shocked at what I weighed when i checked a few days ago...17st or there abouts!!!

SO have to do something about it...thats why i am here

    Good for you. Go for it. You can do it if you stick to the calories and add in some exercise.
  • Welcome to My Fitness Pal!!! I am new also but I have to say that I am loving this site! I actually look forward to logging in my food and workouts.....LOL What kind of food program are you looking at doing? ARe you exercising? I do some jogging and walking and have been doing Turbo Fire for about 2 months now... super fun workout. I have recently lost 23 pounds and 10 inches. I have a ways to go but I am well on my way!!!!

    At the moment im trying just to control my calories, I have a knee injury as of now so i can only do minimal excersice...
