A little motivation to get you through "bad days"

Options
Good Morning Folks. Have you ever had a bad day? Well I want you to think about something. Did you really have a bad day, or did you just have a bad 10-15 minutes that you allowed to ruin the rest of your day? This thought can be applied to anything going on in your life that creates a "bad day". But, today I am applying it specifically to the guilt we feel about not eating perfectly.

A small binge, or cheat at one meal DOES NOT make a bad day. How you handle the rest of the day is what matters most. Good Luck pals, let's keep keeping on.

Agree. I never declared myself "off the wagon" or "off program" because I always kept tracking.

Looking at weight loss as a set of things to do, eating too much is not a reason to stop tracking. The process is more important than the numbers.
