So here it is, I'm 23years old! I've got sky high blood pressure and I weighed in at 210 at the beginning of this journey. (That was only like a month ago) today I weigh 197! I swear I did change anything, atleast nothing I noticed! I did a little walking when my car was in the shop! I'm 5'7 and I could use the company lol! Any tips or advice on simple snacks, and home workouts? Care to join me in this crazy adventure to lose 40lbs?

    Great job so far! :) I'm a bit older, but I'm in the same boat as you - in regards to pounds to lose. I'm looking to lose +/- 40 lbs. :) Good luck and keep going!!!

    Starting my renewed focus to lose fat, been working out and getting stronger but now need to focus on my intake. In my 50s so the weight doesn't come off like it used to :neutral: and ski season has begun so the strength will help me to burn more calories while on the slopes!!
