Back at this diet thing again and i think my mind is finally where it needs to be this time around. In 2017 ive quit smoking and have limited my alcohol consumption to almost nothing ( an occasional glass of red wine). Now onto 2018 and this will be the year to a healthier new me. I decided not to wait until January for my resolution so on Monday it began! Im am looking for support and hoping to find it on here. Here's to a happier healthier lifestyle! ❤
