Starting again...This time with real get up and go

Hello again..
I signed up for MFP a while ago and have not really been...faithful to my plan.

This time I have more then just a weight goal, I have a time goal.
I want to hit my target wieght in 6 months.

I can use all the help i can get, I am not a very active person ( desk job 9-5 ) and a home based buisness that keeps me sitting at the desk for hours more.
I am also not a fan of those leafy green food that make you )( I enjoy the taste of yummy foods thus the (). I dont really get hungry so I dont over eat per say, I just eat the yummy stuff.
I am very interested in things that are yummy and yet wont ruin my day.

Heres to giving it another go and this time it will stick!!

    Do you cook a lot. There are plenty of websites that will help you! Hungry girl being one of the good ones :) but there are recipes on here as well . Good luck :)
  • I can distroy mac and cheese...... cooking is not my strong suit.
