Hi,
Im new to MFP and I am hoping to learn some healthy habits and make some positive changes in my life. I am hoping to increase my self-confidence and become a healthier me. I used to be super active but life has gotten in the way of that for the past few years so I am happy to get back into it.
I am wondering why after 3 weeks of diet changes, increased exercise I have maintained my weight and not seen the numbers go down.
Any advice?

I have found that it takes your body time to adjust to changes. I went through this and after I stuck with it, the weight fell off. Stay with it, don't starve yourself or overwork yourself. Stick to a deficit caloric diet and keep working out. You will find that it will work, and eventually you will get cheat days.0

Well your gonna hear this alot I bet. Do you weigh all your foods? Log all your foods? Have you used the MFP to figure out how many calories you should be eating each day?
Many will also say it is Calories IN and Calories OUT that count. I have been doing that and have been losing weight. I did for a time maybe 2-3 weeks where I stopped losing then it started back again. Everyone is different, but stick to it.0
