    whisky. 'Tis the season...

Oh, you said to boost protein. Whole milk. That weird mint flavored powdered creamer that's 5 g/stick (serving).

Or, my favorite, buy a protein shake with the protein content I want in it. The one I use is labeled as 23 grams but I round down to 20 grams to account for manufacturer puffing. I am pretty sure you can get up to something like 58 or 60 g/serving protein shakes out there without a prescription.

ETA: 51. 51 grams of protein is what I was thinking of when I typed that => https://www.amazon.com/MET-Rx®-Frosty-Chocolate-ounce-count/dp/B002XDRCXA?th=1

Optimum Nutrition mocha cappuccino mixed with so delicious chocolate and vanilla milk (5oz each), cinnamon, ice, and some instant nescafe coffee makes a good light mocha frappucino. Its about 220cal and can fit in a venti (24oz) cup. I know this because I actually washed out a Starbucks frap cup from the day and poured it in.
