There was one about a Raccoon that made me spit my coffee but I can't remember how it went...involved poop and knocking over trash cans.

Edit: Angry Raccoon...that's the one.

Some pretty impressive deadlifts. I haven't been able to go that heavy since a back injury in February.

That's cause for a smile! Funny little tip I give people; before you pull, imagine someone is trying to tickle your armpits and your hands can't leave the bar so you have to squeeze that spot closed to keep them out. Sounds funny, but it helps you retract your lats and scapula. Give it a try!
