Not losing

Was on WW for 3 months faithfully and only lost 4 pounds. Please help me lose this 40 pounds I desperately need to lose. Cw is 176, gw is 135-140. Advice please!

    Set your account to weightloss and eat the calories MFP gives you. Or so you have trouble sticking to the target?

    Yes, let MFP set the calories you would need to lose weight and then try to meet those calories on a daily basis. I started this in September, probably very close to your c/w, and have lost 16.2 lbs. so far. Of course, a lot of that was water weight in the beginning because I prefer to eat low carb but all you have to really worry about is calories in/calories out. I have my calories set at 1492 per day and I've been losing pretty steady. It's slow going but I'm eating healthier and I don't feel hungry all the time. We didn't put all this weight on overnight so you can't expect it to drop off that quickly either. Sending you a friend request..... :).
