I just made these Tuesday night and they were a hit, even with my 10 year old.

This one is delicious! I have made it a few times and my family loves it! Make a nice dinner salad with it and you are all set. And it's easy and quick, too .

I can't say exact content, but I use fat free cottage cheese instead of ricotta, low-fat mozzarella. And TONS of veggies (zucchini, mushrooms, squash, garlic, etc) for bulk instead of meat. Then fewer noodles. I can make it so a nice sized-slice is only 250 cals!0

Try this recipe for "Hearty Lasagna" from the guys of "Eat This, Not That" fame. We liked it. It's made with chicken sausage instead of meat, along with a part-skim ricotta to replace the mozzarella.

If you use a softer tofu instead of cheese and blend in herbs with it, it cuts down a ton of calories!0

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe. It takes sometime to make, but it is sooooo tasty and good. I made it a few nights ago. Eating it always feels like it's indulging, but it's so healthy and low in calories and fat that it feels to good to be true that. I highly recommend it.

Use lean meat, substitute eggplant for the noodles, and use light ragu instead of regular pasta sauce.0

Use wholewheat pasta and extra lean mince...turkey or quorn mince are good subs for beef
Avoid jars of sauce as they are full of hidden sugars and salt instead make your own with onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, red pepper, garlic, herbs and tomato puree
White sauce can be made using fat free natural yoghurt with just a little reduced fat cheese, if you use extra mature cheese you need less to get the flavour. Add a teaspoon of cornflour to stop the yoghurt from separating.
Lastly use parmesan to sprinkle on top as a little goes a long way !
