I lost 8kg this year doing 16:8, then plateaud for 4 months. Now ive changed my plan, re introduced breakfast, healthier foods and stepping up the exercise.

GW: 59 or less

    L: cruskits/ryvita, ham, philli, tomato,
    coffee
    Home workout
    Sn: yogurt
    D: meat, veg/salad

    So my usual rollercoaster has begun. This (new) plan for a week and no change.
    Ive gotta keepmy head together with the week before xmas or ill go right off track. And ive been too good to f it up. Planning 2 days of indulgence and then hitting it hard
