Newbie... again :)

So I've been on and off with my weight loss goals. Always starting out so determined and then down the drain everything goes. I try and I try but somehow can't keep to a regular exercise routine. Been good with my diet though. So far I've lost 4kg. Im hoping being in this forum will keep me going. How's everyone doing so far? -Nyssa

    sounds like you are off to a great start. Try to stay focused through the holiday season and the new year will seem like a breeze.

    Hi Nyssa! I struggle with similar issues - I start strong and focused and before I know it I have lost it. I tend to be the opposite though - I stick to regular exercise, but, the food gets me every time. I need to change my focus and stop giving into the immediate gratification and focus on what it will feel like to start getting this weight off. Welcome aboard again!
