Need to gain weight

Hi all, I 24 year skinny girl, I want to gain 4kg, what should I do any suggestions???? I am tracking my food from last one week, I conclude that I am not getting enough protein, is their any good vegetarian food that contain protein???? Thanks in advance

    For vegetarian protein, try Eggs, dairy (especially higher protein yoghurts, Quark etc, also milk and cheeses), WPI or plant based protein powders, tofu, tempeh, seitan, beans/lentils, quinoa.
    You'll also get some from vegetables and nuts.

    To gain weight, you need to be in a calorie surplus. So that you don't just put on fat, a progressive lifting program will also be beneficial - this will enable you to put on some of the weight as muscle.

    I put soy protien powder in a lot of drinks. I also put beans or lentils in whatever dishes I can think of.
