Started Aug 5th at 192lbs, today I’m at 163lbs. First month focused on losing weight, eating healthy and clean with light cardio, second month increased cardio and at about 6wks started light lifting. Finally, at week 8 started 5day a week lifting program, combined with cardio (pilates, cross fit, running, incline speed walks, cycling, boot camps nd anything to keep changing it up.) three weeks left on 12 week weight lifting shred program. I have to say wow, you've done well. I just want to know, do you have a full time job? I would really like to put in as much exercise with results like that. But I work an 8-5 job. If you work, how did you get around it? (Just want some advice please)0 -
