Hey what’s up, I have been doing crossfit for 4 years and absolutely love it. Recently got an RP diet template, working up the courage to give it a go. Was counting macros and that seemed to work really well. First time posting and just trying to talk to like minded people

Hi! I've been doing Crossfit for 10 months (w/3.5 month break for illness). I'm not familiar with all the details of the RP diet but I'd be glad to chat about crossfit and diet. I've started the ZoneDiet and will give that a go til mid January. I love learning about nutrition and crossfit so feel free to share what works and doesn't work for you.1
