Second time round

I started on Monday and weighed 17st11 which I think is around 250 pounds. I don’t know what my goal is but I set it at 10st10 which is 150 pounds. So I need to lose 100 pounds.

I did lose weight in 2016, 4 stones, or 56 pounds which took about 10-11 months but then had a difficult year and regained it all which I am so disappointed with myself about. I said that would never happen and it did.

I’m only on day three and finding dieting really hard. I hope it gets easier!

It's my second time around, too! I don't even have an excuse for gaining back every pound I lost, except that I sprained my knee and felt sorry for myself. I compensated for not being able to work out by eating junk food. Brilliant of me, huh? :D I know from much experience how hard it is to get into the dieting groove, but just keep at it. I know you can do it!

Yeah I do, but mainly I gave up thinking of a name that wasn’t taken!

It does get easier, stick with it--my 3rd time around so I am being very thoughtful about what went wrong the last 2 rounds--I have been lurking on the maintenance thread for good ideas.
