Anyone have a low calorie recipe for this

    Use a fat-free broth and a lean cut of pork. If that doesn't make it low cal enough, use less pork. I guess you could try to bulk it up with additional peppers (you could use milder peppers if you don't want to add more hot peppers). I mean, if you want it to be roughly traditional, there's not a lot of room for lowering the calories.

    I make some with pork tenderloin and broth that comes to about 135 calories for what amounts to a 250 gram serving. That's pretty low calorie to me. I'm stingy with the oil and flour and cornstarch, which are the higher calorie part of greeb chili, but depending on the calorie profile you are looking for, there could be wiggle room.

    We sometimes see their cousins, Anaheims, in this neck of the woods. When available I might use them in place of poblanos and I nearly always use poblanos in place of sweet green or bell peppers.
