New Beginner- need help!!!!!!

Hi guyz i am truing to loose weight and be an active person. I am trying to track my calories via mfp and exercise via pacer... at this point in time i am loosing around .5kg per week.... however i am too scared that i will put on the weight again .... how do i assure myself of the fear.....kindly help.......

As long as you know what your daily calorie goal is for you to lose weitfgt and you are hitting that target, you won't gain weight. You should re-evaluate this target every few months based on your weight loss.
The best way to reinforce this in your mind is to live it. Be accurate with your tracking of food.2 -
That's a very solid rate of loss. Not sure why you're stressing. It sounds like you're on track. Maybe work on your expectations a bit. This is a process and it takes time. Keep up the good work.1

Thank you so much dear.... i am tryin my best to keep up... also my othr query is only yoga fr 30 min a day more than enough fr weight loss f i maintain a 1200 cal diet?0

You'll lose at 1200 calories a day. The yoga may not contribute to weight loss but it will help you feel healthier, stronger and more limber. You certainly want to keep muscle tone while you lose fat.1

Yes i am trying to maintain 1200 calorie intake....thanks a lot.... yoga did improve my flexibility and health....0
