Friday night is beer night...

Ok, so it's Friday and I have my meals/exercise for the day logged with 179kcals to spare.
Included is 4 pints of beer, which in relaity will become 5 pints by 11:30pm so that'll be zero to spare.
So, what food do you have when you get in, or what food do you think is a good "post beer snack".
Usually it would be cheese sandwiches and a packet of crisps, or frozen pizza, but these are obviously out of the window (and no longer in my fridge!)
I'm looking now though and can't see anything I'd fancy come 11:30pm tonight.
It's got to be quick, take no preperation, be tasty and good after beer...but obviously healthier than pizza or kebabs!
Oh, and before the "don't go" or "drink gin" advice comes in, I'm afraid that isn't going to happen!

Binge and indulge in a fresh lettuce and goat cheese sandwich. Works for me!0

to be fair a bit of toast that helps your hangover wont do much harm in the grand scheme of things! or potato waffles, my boyfriend has them quite often when he gets in from a night out!0

Drink gin...haha...just kidding. Seriously though...I agree with the toast comment and the one about almonds. I've gotten out of the cycle of drinking more than one drink ever anymore, so I usually don't eat afterwards b/c I don't have the drunk munchies! A bowl of cereal would probably also be a decent choice!0

Thanks all. Not tried goats cheese, will put some on my shopping list. I hate almonds and nuts in general (
I have wholemeal pitta in, so I'll chop some lettuce, onion and a few other bits out of the fridge to pack it with for tonight. That's got to be better than a pizza!
Thanks for the tips, and keeping them coming, this isn't a one off friday!!!0
