    Enough. I'm off this afternoon to check out a gym - no more weather excuses for lack of exercise. And I've been lax about my eating, so seriously getting back on track and hitting the macros hard - 30P/30F/40C. We will be moving across the country in late February, and I want 10 pounds less of me by then. That's 10 weeks from now, so a pound a week, so 1.4 per 10-day round (assuming they'll be continuing in 2018, I hope?!?) I'm down a little from R15, but really, pretty stable over many weeks, so my metabolism is fine and this should be doable if I stick to the plan.

    Back on track yesterday. Nothing showing on the scale, but I feel lighter, if that makes any sense.

    OK, now I'm really getting frustrated. The only thing different yesterday was that I was a bit heavier than usual on carbs (whole grain). I have been lower fat, higher protein & carbs than usual the past few days. I wonder whether that could make the difference? So disappointing!

    I had a bit of a splurge last night, so ok. I've revised my goals based on reality rather than wishes.

    Maybe my goal adjustment yesterday wasn't based on quite enough reality. I did have some extra calories last night - a bag of Harry & David's mixed nuts. Why oh why do they put two servings in one little bag that I had no way to secure half-way through? :-) Oh, well. I guess holding the line through the holidays is a good thing. Thinking of lowering my carbs, but not until after Christmas.

    I've revised my goal weight to 115, which I've already hit. My new goal now is to maintain my weight to stay close to 115 on average. I've also decided that I'm going to allow alcohol in moderation & see how it goes.

    12/9 – 219.4 – I hate Fridays and Weekends – you know its going to be bad!

    12/10 – 221.4 – Thank god it is Sunday and I can start getting back on plan!! Somehow, I have to be better on weekends.

    12/11 – 220.8 – well going in the right direction again is a good thing – back at it today and keeping on the correct eating path!!! I don’t think I will make my goal of 215 this week 10 day period.

    12/13 – 219.6 – Still playing catch up – man I can and will NEVER have a weekend like last weekend. I will never gain 3 pounds in a weekend again!!!

    12/14 – 219.6 – frustrated with myself! I can do this I know I can, but DANG IT, I am frustrated with me! Why do I give up so soon. I will NOT give up on me for once. I can and will show you I can do this!

    12/15 218.4 – HAPPY DANCE DAY – finally almost a week later I am at my starting weight and the weekend is coming – OH KNOWWWWWW – but guess what – even though I have a Christmas party tomorrow night I WILL not over due it this weekend! I WILL NOT have a 3 pound gain again and start over on Monday. I will do this weekend right!!

    12/16 – 220.8 – well once again I have gained an obscene amount of weight over the weekend and so now I need to figure out how to get my act together so I don’t keep gaining weight on weekend. Good golly what am I going to do when I have 5 days off ☹ I just want to give it up!!!!!

    12/9: 159.8 Two days in the 150s... maybe a gift to keep me on track? Christmas tree today, and my brother is in town. They want to go out for breakfast. Breakfast is my kryptonite!
    12/10: 159.4 Ordered the oatmeal with bananas and walnuts. Was craving my SIL's beef stroganoff recipe last night, so made it with low sodium broth and the no yolks pasta... delicious! Three holiday get togethers today. Must stay disciplined.
    12/11: 159.3 Gym has been closed for renovations since the 7th. Back open on Wednesday. I miss my running!
    12/12: 158.9 Hubs texted me last night... gym WAS open! B) I am finished with the C25K and moving on to 10K. Did 4 miles last night. Helped me with my work stress. Company party was this afternoon. A little too much wine, but limited myself to one plate of food.

    12/14: 159 couldn't complete my run last night... just did not have the energy. Today I have been hungry. Ate out at lunch, and nibbled on sugary holiday treats from vendors at work. I am trying to get up the energy to work out now, but am cozy by the Christmas tree...
    12/15: 158.8 Thankful for the elliptical in the garage last night. Did 30 minutes and then took the dog out for a walk... it was freezing! I feel like a cold is coming on today, so drinking the water and emergen-c.

    12/09- 145 I felt the difference this morning when I woke up. My stomach shrank a bit...Yay!!!

    12/11-144 looking so forward to losing my pouch
    12/12-145 must be that I gained muscle, because I have stuck to diet and exercise...including lifting weights
    12/13-145 hanging in there....still doing my 30 day Shred, sticking to my low carb diet and decreasing alcohol.
    12/14-145 hopefully I will see a 144 or 143 soon. Patience is a virtue.
    12/15-146 oh dear, I did everything right and didn't even have any wine. I did the 30 day Shred later in the afternoon...The only things I did different is drink more diet soda, no alcohol, and woke up at 2 this morning. I am discouraged because I actually felt slimmer this morning...oh well, I will keep on keeping on and have my focus and faith. I will stay determined and end the day knowing I did my best.
    12/15 145 at 7:30 am....after yogurt and coffee. I guess I lost a lb in a few hours. I too the first weight at 3:30 am.

    12/09 = 184.4 / I can't believe this is my 5th Round. Time flies when you're having fun.
    12/10 = 186.0......Swiss Chalet dinner last night. It'll take a couple days to get back on track
    12/11 = 186.6....It was a lazy Sunday afternoon. Sambuca & Chips/Dip....need I say more? Back on Track!!
    12/12 = 185.2....Well now, that's better
    12/13 = 185.2....better than going up!
    12/14 = 185.0......I'll take it.....Every ounce counts!!
    12/15 = 184.0...WOW, what a fantastic day I had. If I can do that again today, I'm on my way to a good wknd!
