My sister challenge me to give her one hour in the gym for five days a week. She’s my little sister so I had to show her that I can do it LOL.

I started out just lifting and a little bit of cardio Monday Wednesday and Friday. Believe me it wasn’t easy but after about two weeks I’ve became addicted.

I wanted to see change and that’s exactly what I got!
