Can Anyone here help me calculate macros?
I’m 5’5, 46 yo female and do light activity.
I weigh 170lbs and would like to lose one pound/week to goal weight of 155lbs.
Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

You can use whatever macro percentages make you happy.
They have nothing to do with weight loss. They can help promote satiety but it's completely individual. You could feel fuller on carbs. You could feel fuller on protein. But try and make sure you are getting adequate amounts of fat and protein. They are important for health and muscles.1 -
Barring medical reasons, whatever works best for you. I lost most of my weight with the MFP default percentages.0

macros ratios are going to be very individual - personally i do roughly 25% protein; 20% fat and 55% carbs and i'm weight stable/losing very slowly0

I also just used the default suggested macros, and make sure I never go under on my protein or fat goal for the week/day.
I lost a lot of weight and have kept it off that way for a decade; usually I end up a bit over on fat and under on carbs.
Weight loss is about calories.0
